第2階段：部署$DED

Lunar Strategy applied for 91,557 DOT from the Polkadot Foundation.The purpose is for deployment after testing. The principle of distribution here is that all DOT holders will receive airdrops at a ratio of 1:1000. For example, if you have $DOT, you will receive 1000$DED.

原則是鼓勵大家把DOT存入自己的錢包，中心化交易所不知道是否會發(fā)放給自己的用戶。

當然你把自己的錢包或者放在波卡錢包，或者作波卡錢包的質押和Vdot都可以收到，當然，幣安也能獲得對應的總體的$DED，但幣安能夠發(fā)放他的獎勵就要看交易所是否會支持。
