如何參與：

• Step 1: During the Promotion Period, visit the Lite Referral 2024 New Year Activity page and click on [Pooled Reward] [Share] to share the activity on your social media.

• Step 2: When your friends engage with your share by either clicking on your referral link or scanning the QR code, you will have the opportunity to share a 10,000 USDT equivalent token voucher prize pool.

Rewards Structure:

• Eligible participants who complete the tasks specified above will be ranked by the number of Gift Boxes they collect from Activity A. The top 5,000 participants will qualify for a share of the 10,000 USDT equivalent token voucher prize pool. Where two or more users have the same number of Gift Boxes collected, the user who completes the collection at an earlier time will receive a higher ranking.

• The top three users will each receive a 1 BNB token voucher. The subsequent 4,997 eligible participants will equally share the remaining rewards pool.

The Binance UIDs of the top three participants will be announced on the Lite Referral 2024 New Year Activity page within three days after the activity ends.

Terms & Conditions:

• Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.

• Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.

• The 100 USDT trading fee rebate voucher rewards does not apply to either the referrer or the referral via the Lite Referral Time-Limited Activity Link/ID. Users may switch to Regular Lite Referral Mode and refer friends to be eligible for the rewards.

• Both the referrer and the referral must complete account verification within seven days after the promotion ends at the latest for any party to receive any rewards from this promotion.

• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this Promotion. Spot trades or Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the trading task requirement. In addition, deposits made via a sub-account, third-party payment method or account transfer will not count toward the deposit task requirement.

• Binance will use the real-time fiat currency to USD foreign exchange rates for calculating the USD value of deposits via fiat channels, as well as the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the cryptocurrency deposit and/or cryptocurrency trade completed during the Promotion Period. If there is no USDT pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or coin with a USDT pair to determine its value.

• The value of all rewards are calculated based on the corresponding token’s closing price at 2023-12-17 23:59 (UTC). Please note that the actual value of the reward received is subject to change due to market fluctuation.

• Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Users will not be able to participate in this promotion once all rewards are distributed.

• The reward of Promotion A:

  • Each Gift Box contains a fixed amount between 0.2 USDT to 500 USDT token voucher depending on the user’s historical activity with Binance.

  • Users must open the Gift Box within seven days after the promotion ends at the latest. Thereafter, token voucher rewards will be distributed within 48 hours.

• The reward of Promotion B:

  • The rewards for Activity B will be unlocked and distributed within 72 hours after the promotion ends.

  • Users will be able to check the list of winners via [View List] below the Pooled Reward tab seven days after the activity ends.

• Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile Rewards Hub. The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Users should redeem the token vouchers before the expiry date. Thereafter, the token vouchers will become invalid. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the promotion, including but not limited to registering from the same IP or device, bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without effect and users will automatically be excluded, disqualified and prevented from accumulating benefits, in cases where it is identified:

  • Any violations of Binance's Terms of Use and its Compliance Policies, as well as attempted or proven fraud, human and/or through the use of technology;
